An international workshop on the response of forest ecosystems to climate change will be held between 12th – 15th October 2017 in Xishuangbanna, Yunnan, China. The aims of this workshop are bringing together the world leaders in ecological science to (1) exchange the most recent cutting-edge studies and foster ideas on the functions and responses of forest ecosystems to climate change; (2) establish a new international collaboration network for elucidating the adaption and feedback mechanisms of forest ecosystems to regional and global climate change.
As the host, Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden (XTBG) of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) will warmly welcome you to attend the workshop and share your experiences with leading Chinese as well as international ecological scientists.
Topics
