摘 要:测定了3年生白桦的光合与呼吸作用对温度、湿度以及CO2浓度的响应;还测定了光合补偿点,光饱和点和CO2补偿点。结果表明:在目前的空气CO2浓度下,光合和呼吸作用的最适温度分别是24℃和30℃;当相对湿度是80%时,白桦能维持较强的光合作用;呼吸作用与相对湿度无明显的相关性;光补偿点和光饱和点分别是25µmol?m-2?s-1和1375µmol?m-2?s-1;CO2补偿点是180µL?L-1;白桦在CO2浓度是2400µL?L-1时仍具有吸收潜力。

摘 要(英文):Influences of temperature, humidity and CO2 concentration on the photosynthesis and respiration of three-year-old Betula platyphylla was investigated. Light compensation point, saturation point and CO2 compensation point were also determined. The results showed that the optimal temperature of photosynthesis and dark respiration was 24℃ and 30℃ respectively at ambient CO2. When relative humidity was 80%, Betula platyphylla could maintain strong photosynthesis. There was no significant corration between respiration and relative humidity. The light compensation and saturation point was 25µmol?m-2?s-1 and 1375µmol?m-2?s-1 respectively. The CO2 compensation point was 180µL?L-1. The results showed that Betula platyphylla still had potential to assimilate CO2 when CO2 concentration was above 2400µL?L-1.
