| 摘 要：荒漠化是指在干旱、半干旱和具有半干旱气候特征的半湿润地区，由于恶劣的气候条件和不合理人类活动引起的土地退化过程。伴随荒漠化过程发生的往往是生态系统结构的破坏、功能过程的退化、物种的丧失等生态变化过程。这些过程所反映的生态学原理也是景观生态学的基本原理。景观生态学的主要研究对象是景观的结构、功能、变化和景观规划管理，其基本原理包括：景观结构和功能原理、生物多样性原理、物种流动原理、营养再分配原理、能量流动原理、景观变化原理和景观稳定性原理等。荒漠化发生发展的过程实际上是指在自然和人为因素的作用下，生态系统结构遭受破坏、功能过程受阻和演变发生异化的过程。所以，景观生态学原理在荒漠化的研究和治理实践中有着重要的意义。本文从荒漠化与生态系统结构、功能变化、荒漠化与生物多样性、荒漠化生态系统的物质循环和能量流动以及荒漠化生态系统的稳定性等方面论述了景观生态学原理在荒漠化研究中的应用。 |

摘 要(英文)：Desertification is the process of land degradation in arid, semi-arid and sub-humid areas due to adverse climate and human activities. It is always accompanied with the processes of structure destruction, function degradation, and species loss of ecosystems. All the ecological principles engaged in the processes are also the basic principles of landscape ecology. Landscape ecology focus on the characteristics of structure, function, changes of landscape as well as landscape planning. Landscape ecology includes the following principles: structure and function, biodiversity, material cycling, nutrient redistribution, energy flow, landscape change and landscape stability. The process of desertification actually includes the processes of structure destruction, function degradation and the abnormalization of changes due to adverse natural factors and human activities, so that landscape ecological principles play an important role in desertification research. The possibility of the application of landscape ecological principles in desertification research was discussed in this article.
