甲基磺酸乙酯诱发大豆合子突变效果的研究

摘  要:不同浓度的甲基磺酸乙酯(EMS)处理大豆合子,对M1植株生长发育有强烈的抑制作用,M2出现的突变类型较多,比较明显的有晚熟、黄化、矮化、缺绿素、半不孕等,且多数性状仍在分离,M3继续出现新的变异。对有益变异进行定向选择,选育出4个新品系,比对照冀豆7号增产11.8%~26.5%。

摘  要(英文):Research on mutative effect of EMS on soybean zygote WEI Yu-chang, DU Lian-en, YU Xiu-pu, WU Ming-qi (Shijiazhuang Institute of Agricultural Modernization, Chinese Academy of Science, Shijiazhuang 050021, China) Abstract: Different concentrations of EMS (ethylme thane sulphonate)solution were used to treat soybean zygot. The results showed that EMS intensively inhibited M1 growth and developenent, and a series of mutant types were observed in M2 generation, such as late-mature, yellowish, dwarf, chloriphyll defect, parital steril etc. Most ecomnic traits continuently segregated in following generations. 4 lines were selected out from elite mutants, which the yield was higher than the check (Jidou No.7) by 11.8%~26.5%.
