由中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所农业资源研究中心和河北省石家庄市科学技术局共同主办的"2007年国际农田水土精准管理研讨会"将于2007年10月22－24日在石家庄河北宾馆举行。这次会议是继2006年“农田土壤质量管理与清洁施肥研讨会”成功举办之后又一次重要的专题国际研讨会。会议的宗旨是，推动精准农业的相关研究和技术的应用示范，促进农田精准施肥、精准灌溉的技术提升和灌流水平，为国内外精准农业研究提供很好的交流平台，展示当代精准农业研究现状、BMP技术的发展、以及土壤和地下水保护研究的最新成果，总结近年来精准农业研究的经验，推介适用于我国国情的农田精准管理的理念、方案和技术，提升我国农业高技术的自主创新能力，为提高我国农业整体效益和资源利用率，实现农业的可持续发展，保障国家粮食安全、生态安全提供技术保障。
研讨会将邀请国内外精准农业研究的相关机构和专家就农田水肥精准管理发表主题报告，还将邀请示范区的地方政府、服务提供单位沟通交流，展示中外精准农业研究的主要成果与信息技术的应用成果，同时比较中国与西方国家精准农业研究的相似与不同之处。

　　　本次会议的工作语言为英语。会议将组织主题学术报告和若干专题研讨，同时，还安排展板区，展示有关的研究成果。主要研讨内容包括：

六、论文（摘要）、展板提交方式及截止日期
　　　会议要求参会者提交1-2页英文论文摘要和中文论文全文，请通过电子邮件发送至workshop@ sjziam.ac.cn，截止日期为2007年9月23日。征集的中文论文经专家评审，入编《中国生态农业学报》，论文请按《中国生态农业学报》期刊论文格式撰写（附件2、附件3）。英文论文经专家评审，联系《Journal Communications in Soil Science and Plant Analysis》发表。
展板尺寸为90 cm×120 cm，请提供打印图纸。所有展板将在主会场旁的休息厅展示。

Outline

　The 2007 International Conference on Precision Conservation of soil and water provides a forum for dissemination and discussion on the precision Conservation research, such as new technology for BMP、 recent research results on soil and ground-water protection. The Conference facilitates interaction among research scientists, producers, software developers, educators, government personnel and policymakers.　
On the conference the recent precision agriculture and its technical ideas in developed countries will be summarized at first, then the practice of using remote sensing, soil sampling and information management tools to optimize agriculture production in China will be introduced. The significant research and applications in precision agriculture will also be exhibited.　
The Conference call for oral and poster presentations, and will offer opportunities for discussion and exchange of information in various aspects of precision conservation.

Call for Papers
　　Contributed papers for oral and poster presentations on the study of soil and water environment conservation and related researches are welcomed. A one-page abstract of your paper should be submitted by 30 September 2007.

　　We provide two plans for excursion after the conference. You can select either of the following destinations when you send your registration form. Excursion may be cancelled due to local situations.
